All Your Blog Are Belong To Us
There is nothing wrong with your computer. Do not attempt to adjust the URL. We are controlling this blog. If we wish to make it louder, we will TYPE IN ALL CAPS. If we wish to make it softer, we will tell you we’re typing really, really softly.
Sit quietly, and when Pet goes for surgery we will control all that you see and hear. (and if that ain’t frightening I don’t know what is) You are about to participate in a great adventure. You are about to experience the awe and mystery that reaches from the inner Yak to the Blog of Pet.
In other words: All Your Blog Are Belong To Us. (For those who didn’t click the link…”All your [fill in the blank here] are belong to us” is an old video game joke, primarily funny only to geeks and old people. And old geeks. And yaks. I’ll leave you to figure out which I am.
More to the point: My thanks in advance to Pet for being brave enough to ask me to post for her in her absence. This is my test-post to make sure I’m capable of properly working the software over here at Pet’s Garden Blog (cross-posted to my own to check ease of crossposting between the software). I promise to do my best, to serve God and my country, to find humor at all times, and to live by the Yak-Post-Law. Which, of course, means to throw pizza parties at the host blog, grind confetti into the carpet and industrial-staple the furniture to the ceiling.
And you know you want to join in. So come play with me starting August 22. And pray for Pet’s speedy recovery.
